Light pilsner or stout?Calling all beer-loving Lutherans. What type of beer goes best with this meal? *snicker!* ;-)
I'm guessing humans might be a bit gamey so I'd recommend a pilsner - not too strong but strong enough to hold it's own. If forced to choose something other than my usual gin and tonic, I would pick Rolling Rock or Leinenkugel.
What say you?

From one Lutheran to another, I would definitely say brown beer... Was it brown bears?
